Rental Requirements

Applicants must show proof that they have an annual income that equals or exceeds two times the annual cost of rent, and applicants without a housing subsidy must have a credit history with no open bankruptcy or high level of collections and/or charge offs. Please call us for further details and exceptions.

Amenities

Your home has a provided 2 car driveway. Guest parking is located by the pool area.

Yes, we allow 2 pets per home. Breed restrictions apply to dogs with a 40 lbs weight limit.

Each home comes with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and washer/dryer hookups. Some models come with built in microwaves and ice makers!

No, but we can assist in finding furniture that fits your needs if you would like to rent your furniture.

Maintenance

First, maintenance will be completed with the utmost attention to detail. Then, your home is cleaned and curtousy pest control is done. After, Management Team will complete a walk-through of the home to make sure every detail is perfect and your new home is perfect and ready for moving!

You do not have to be present. If you do, you can let the leasing office know and we can schedule arrangements to fit your needs.

Our maintenance technicians do not live on site but we provide 24 hours emergency maintenance year round.

You can place a service request by calling our office, sending an email or using your resident portal to contact us.

If you are locked out during business hours, you may contact the office to assist you. If you are locked out after hours, you would need to contact a locksmith and let management know the next business day.

Admin

Applications take 24-48 hours to process if all information is provided on the application form. Screening time may vary depending on the background check.

We accept online payments through your resident portal. You can pay with a debit card, credit card or with your bank account.

Yes, you will be required to show proof of renters insurance before you move-in.

We let you choose your internet provider to best suit your needs.

Utilities such as water, sewer, and garbage are billed from our third party directly to you separate from your rent. Electricity is set up on or before your move in date with CPS Energy at (210) 353-2222

No utilities are included in your rent.

From N 1604 or IH35: Follow N Loop 1604 E, take the exit towards 218/Pat Booker Rd, turn left onto Pat Booker Rd and then a left onto Buckingham Village Dr. From S 1604: Follow E Loop 1604 N, take the exit towards 218/Pat Booker Rd, at the light turn right onto Pat Booker Rd and a left onto Buckingham Village Dr.
